  • Circular 153/2017/TT-BQP (effective from August 11, 2017) stipulates the leave policies for active-duty officers in agencies, units, and organizations under the Ministry of Defense of Vietnam, and for cryptographic personnel under the Government Cipher Committee. To be specific:

  • On November 26, 2015, at the 10th session, the 13th National Assembly passed the Law on Organization of Criminal Investigation Bodies in Vietnam, replacing the 2004 Ordinance on the Organization of Criminal Investigation (2004 Ordinance). The Law comprises 10 chapters and 73 articles and takes effect from January 1, 2018. The following are some important new points of the Law:

  • The annual evaluation and classification of the quality of Party organizations and Party members are conducted at the end of the year, in conjunction with the year-end summary of the work of the agency or unit. The process of collective and individual review and classification of Party organizations and Party members in the Justice sector for the year 2017 is carried out according to Guidance 150-HD/DV dated November 28, 2017, of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Justice of Vietnam.
