New regulations on assessment and grading of Vietnamese officials and public employees

The Vietnam Ministry of Home Affairs is seeking public comments on the Draft Decree replacing Decree 56/2015/ND-CP on assessment and grading of Vietnamese officials and public employees (as amended and supplemented by Decree 88/2017/ND-CP).
