The sample of electronic cadastral books, made according to Form No. 01/DK, Appendix 1 issued together with Circular 24/2014/TT-BTNMT is as follows:

2. General principles of electronic cadastral books in Vietnam

The principles for displaying information on the electronic cadastral book according to the guidance in Form No. 01/DK Appendix 1 issued together with Circular 24/2014/TT-BTNMT are as follows:

- Books are made for each commune, ward, and township; showing the results of the registration of land and land-attached assets according to each land parcel and each land occupier that does not form a land parcel (hereinafter referred to as the land parcel); information about each land plot is shown on a separate page of the book.

- In addition to showing information about the land plot and apartment building as prescribed at Point 1 of this Section; registration results must also be shown for each apartment, each working office, and each commercial and service establishment (hereinafter referred to as apartment buildings) in each apartment building; Each apartment is shown on a separate page.

- The adjustment of changes in the cadastral book is only done for cases that have completed the procedures for registration of changes and fully meet the conditions prescribed by the land law.

- In case of a change in registration, but no new land plot or new apartment is formed, update the changed information on the registration page of that land parcel or apartment to replace the changed old information; old information before the fluctuations will be converted into historical information to look up when needed.

In case of registration of changes and formation of a new land plot, a new cadastral book page shall be established to register for the newly separated land parcel and display historical information on the formation of the land plot on the registration page of that new parcel of land.

- After updating and correcting the cadastral book for each registration case, the director of the land registration office or the branch of the land registration office or the land use right registration office where the land registration office has not been established (hereinafter referred to as the land registration agency) shall electronically sign in the upper right corner of the cadastral book page according to the authorization.

3. Regulations on updating and adjusting changes in electronic cadastral books

Regulations on updating and adjusting changes in electronic cadastral books according to the guidance in Form No. 01/DK Appendix 1 issued together with Circular 24/2014/TT-BTNMT:

- In case of change of plot separation to form new land plots, in the "Changes in land use and ownership of land-attached assets" section of the land parcel registration page before splitting, write "Separation into land parcels No. ... (write the serial number of land parcels separated from old land parcels respectively), according to the application file number ... (write the code of registration application)" ;

Make a new book page for the registration of newly separated land plots according to the provisions of Points 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, Section II of the Guidelines in Form No. 01/DK Appendix 1 issued together with Circular 24/2014/TT-BTNMT and in the section "Changes in land use, ownership of assets attached to land" of the new cadastral book pages, "Separation from land plot No... (write the number of the land plot before splitting) according to the application No.... (write the registration file code)".

In case of separation of the parcel at the same time as the transfer of land use rights, in the section "Changes in land use and ownership of land-attached assets" on the registration page for the newly separated land parcel, write "Receive transfer (or convert, inherit,...) of... (insert name and address of the licensor); separated from land plot No.... (insert number of land parcel before separation for transfer of rights) according to application No... (code of registration application file)";

- In case the plot is to form a new land plot, in the section "Changes in land use and ownership of land-attached assets" of the registration page of land parcels before consolidating the land plot, write "Consistent with land plot No. , ..., ..., into land plot No... according to the application number... (insert code of registration dossier)";

Make a new book page to register for the new land plot in accordance with the provisions at Points 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, Section II of the Guidelines in form No. 01/DK Appendix 1 issued together with Circular 24/2014/TT-BTNMT, and in the section "Changes in land use, ownership of land-attached assets" shows "Combined from land plots No... according to application No.... (insert code of application for registration procedure)".

In case of receiving transfer of land use rights or consolidation of land use rights at the same time as land parcel consolidation, in the section "Changes in land use and ownership of land-attached assets" on the registration page for the newly incorporated land plot, write "Receive transfer (or converting, inheriting, ... or consolidating land use rights) and consolidating land parcels from plots No. ... of... (insert the parcel number and the name of the licensor respectively) according to the application No... (insert the registration file code)".

- In case of registration of changes without creating a new land plot, the new information shall be updated in the corresponding content on the registration page of the changed land parcel to replace the old information as prescribed at Points 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of Section II of the Guidelines at Form No. 01/DK Appendix 1 issued together with Circular 24/2014/TT-BTNMT;

The section "Changes in land use and ownership of land-attached assets" is shown as follows:

+ Time of registration: show updated date and year information, adjust changes in the cadastral book.

+ Changed content and legal basis: shown in accordance with Clause 2, Article 19 of Circular 24/2014/TT-BTNMT.
