+ There is no limit to the number of times each candidate can register for the test.
+ Strengthen the application of information technology and digital transformation in organizations carrying out inspection of entrance quality of civil servantss.

4. Procedures for organizing inspection of entrance quality of civil servants in Vietnam
- The Accreditation Council announces the list and summons qualified candidates to participate in civil servant accreditation on the Ministry of Home Affairs's electronic information portal and the information page on civil servant input quality accreditation.
No later than 15 days from the date of notification of the convocation of candidates, the Accreditation Council shall organize the accreditation.
- The organization of inspections is carried out on computers.
The testing results are notified to candidates immediately after the end of the testing period, and no review of the testing results is performed.
- Within 05 working days from the end of the inspection period, the Accreditation Council reports to the head of the agency competent to inspect input quality for civil servants to approve the inspection results; The inspection results are publicly posted on the Ministry of Home Affairs' electronic information portal and the information page on inspection of entrance quality of civil servants in Vietnam.

5. Use the results of the inspection of entrance quality of civil servants
- The results of the inspection of entrance quality of civil servants are valid for use within 24 months from the date of the approval decision of the Ministry of Home Affairs.
During the period when the inspection results are still valid, people who pass the inspection results can register for the civil servant recruitment exam at agencies and organizations specified in Clause 1, Article 1 of Decree 06/2023/ND-CP nationwide.
- Heads of agencies and organizations with authority to recruit civil servants, based on the results of the civil servant inspection, stipulate conditions for registering for civil servant recruitment and organize round 2 examinations for people who achieve inspection results as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 8, and Points a and c, Clause 3, Article 14 of Decree 06/2023/ND-CP.
- The results of the input quality assessment for candidates taking the entrance exam for jobs requiring a university degree or higher are allowed to be used as a substitute for the results of the input quality assessment for those taking the exam for jobs with lower qualifications when registering for civil servant recruitment in accordance with recruitment requirements.
