The content is stipulated in Decision 888/QD-BHXH amending the procedures for collection and management of social insurance; health insurance; unemployment insurance; accident insurance, occupational disease insurance.

New Decision allows a branch of the enterprise to choose to pay social insurance at the location where the branch is or at the Parent Company.
In comparison with the old regulation in Decision 595/QD-BHXH which only allowed an enterprise's branch to pay social insurance at the location where the branch operates.
| 1. Amend and supplement Point 3.2 Clause 3 Article 7 as follows: “3.2. The branch of the enterprise that operates at which location shall pay social insurance at that location or at the Parent Company.” |
Decision 888/QD-BHXH is effective from July 1, 2018.
