Accordingly, the adjustment of requirement pension, social insurance allowance and monthly benefits is as follows:

(1) For beneficiaries of pensions, social insurance allowances and monthly benefits before January 1, 2022, including:

- Officials, workers, public employees and employees (including those who have time to participate in voluntary social insurance, retirees from Nghe An farmer's social insurance fund transferred under Decision No. 41/2009/QD-TTg dated 16/3/2009); militaries, the police and cipher workers who are enjoying monthly pensions.

- Commune, ward and township officials specified in Decree 92/2009/ND-CP, Decree 34/2019/ND-CP, Decree 121/2003/ND-CP and Decree 09/1998/ND- CP.

- Persons receiving monthly benefits for loss of working capacity as prescribed by law; people who are receiving monthly benefits under Decision 91/2000/QD-TTg dated 4/8/2000, Decision 613/QD-TTg dated 6/5/2010; rubber workers are enjoying monthly benefits under Decision 206-CP dated 30/5/1979.

- Officers of communes, wards and townships are receiving monthly benefits according to Decision 130-CP dated June 20, 1975 and Decision 111-HDBT dated October 13, 1981.

- Soldiers are enjoying monthly benefits under Decision 142/2008/QD-TTg dated October 27, 2008 (amended and supplemented by Decision 38/2010/QD-TTg dated May 6, 2010). ).

- The People's Public Security Department is receiving a monthly benefits under Decision 53/2010/QD-TTg dated August 20, 2010.

- Soldiers, the police, people doing cipher work receive salaries like soldiers, the police who are receiving monthly allowance according to Decision 62/2011/QD-TTg dated 9/11/2011.

Adjustment level: From January 1, 2022, it will increase by 7.4% on the pension, social insurance allowance and monthly allowance of December 2021.

(2) For the subjects specified in (1) who retire before January 1, 1995 after making adjustments, and have a retirement pension, social insurance allowance or monthly benefits of less than 2,500,000 VND/month:

From January 1, 2022, additional adjustments are as follows:

- An additional 200,000 VND/person/month for those with a retirement pension, social insurance allowance, monthly benefits of 2,300,000 VND/person/month or less;

- Increase to 2,500,000 VND/person/month for those with retirement pension, social insurance allowance, monthly allowance from 2,300,000 VND/person/month to less than 2,500,000 VND/person/ month.

Note:

The level of retirement pension, social insurance allowance and monthly benefit after adjustment shall be the basis for calculating the adjustment of pension or allowance in subsequent adjustments.

Decree 108/2021/ND-CP takes effect from January 20, 2022. The provisions of this Decree take effect from January 1, 2022 in Vietnam.
