Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance has just issued Official Dispatch 3076/BHXH-CD to employers in Ho Chi Minh City regarding the issuance of new sample forms of the Certificate of Leave for Enjoying Social Insurance Benefits.

There are several notes for businesses and companies as follows:

- From January 1, 2017, sickness and maternity benefits will not be resolved for those with the Certificate of Sick Leave to Enjoy Social Insurance according to the old C65-HD form issued after December 31, 2016. However, it will continue to resolve cases applying the old form issued before January 1, 2017.- The Certificate of Sick Leave to Enjoy Social Insurance according to the new form issued to employees from January 1, 2017, has two types: GCN1 and GCN2. Specifically:- Form GCN1: Contains 01 copy (for medical facilities to use in case of computer printing)- Form GCN2: Contains 02 copies (for medical facilities to use in case of direct writing).
