Decree 88/2018/ND-CP: Increasing Pension and Allowance by 6.92% from July 1, 2018

FULL TEXT OF DECREE 88/2018/ND-CP

From July 1, 2018, an increase of 6.92% will be applied to the retirement pension, social insurance benefits, and monthly allowances for the following 8 categories:

1. Officials, public employees, workers (including those who participate in voluntary social insurance, retirees transitioning from the Nghe An Farmers' Social Insurance Fund under Decision 41/2009/QD-TTg dated March 16, 2009); military personnel, people's police, and those engaged in cipher work receiving monthly pensions;
2. Commune-level officials as prescribed in Decree 92/2009/ND-CP, Decree 121/2003/ND-CP and Decree 09/1998/ND-CP, receiving monthly pensions and allowances;
3. Individuals receiving monthly loss of working capacity allowances as per the law, those receiving monthly allowances under Decision 91/2000/QD-TTg dated August 4, 2000, Decision 613/QD-TTg dated May 6, 2010; rubber workers receiving monthly allowances;
4. Commune-level officials receiving monthly allowances under Decision 130/CP dated June 20, 1975 by the Council of the Government of Vietnam and Decision 111-HDBT dated October 13, 1981 by the Council of Ministers;
5. Military personnel receiving monthly allowances under Decision 142/2008/QD-TTg dated October 27, 2008, Decision 38/2010/QD-TTg dated May 6, 2010;
6. People's police personnel receiving monthly allowances under Decision 53/2010/QD-TTg dated August 20, 2010;
7. Military personnel, people's police, and individuals engaged in cipher work receiving the same salaries as military personnel and people's police are receiving monthly allowances under Decision 62/2011/QD-TTg dated November 9, 2011;
8. Individuals receiving monthly labor accident and occupational disease allowances.
