Recently, the Ministry of Home Affairs of Vietnam issued Circular 16/2014/TT-BNV providing guidance on the transfer and receipt of archived documents into historical archives at various levels. This Circular stipulates the responsibilities of historical archives at different levels regarding the acceptance of archived documents.
