This is a notable provision in Decree 52/2007/ND-CP on the adjustment of commune administrative boundaries; establishment of communes, expansion of communes in the districts of Do Luong, Tuong Duong, Yen Thanh, Nghi Loc, Nghe An province.
On November 10, 2006, the Government of Vietnam issued Decree 132/2006/ND-CP regarding the adjustment of administrative boundaries to expand the Nam Sach township under Nam Sach district of Hai Duong province.
