Principles for Determining the Cost of Construction Equipment Operation in Projects as Regulated
Principles for determining the cost of construction machinery operation are stipulated in Article 3 of Circular 11/2019/TT-BXD. To be specific:
- The cost of machinery operation is the average cost determined for one working shift according to the regulations of the construction machinery and equipment.
- The cost of machinery operation is determined based on the requirements for managing the use of construction machinery and equipment, the cost norms for calculating the machinery operation cost, and the local price level.
- The cost of machinery operation is determined to be consistent with the regulations on construction machinery in the cost estimation norms of construction projects.
- The cost of machinery operation for a specific project is determined according to the type of construction machinery used (or expected to be used) to execute the construction work, in accordance with the construction organization design, construction methods, construction progress, and the price level in the area where the construction project is located.
