03 Cases Requiring Adjustment of Construction Permits
In Clause 1, Article 98 of the Construction Law 2014, the matter you inquired about is regulated as follows:
During construction, if there is an adjustment to the design that changes any of the following contents, the project owner must request to adjust the construction permit:
- Changing the architectural form of the exterior of the construction for projects in urban areas that require architectural management;
- Changing any factors regarding location, construction area; scale, height, number of floors of the construction and other factors that affect the main load-bearing structure;
- When adjusting the interior design of the construction that alters the functionality, affecting safety, fire prevention and fighting, or environmental protection.
