What is the penalty for failing to designate a specialized unit for cyber information security incident response or failing to establish an incident response team?
According to Clause 3b Article 78 of Decree 15/2020/ND-CP (Effective from April 15, 2020), the content is regulated as follows:
A fine ranging from VND 30,000,000 to VND 40,000,000 shall be imposed for one of the following acts:
Failure to establish or assign a dedicated unit for network information security incident response or failure to establish an Incident Response Team.
Thus, the penalty for failing to assign a dedicated unit for network information security incident response or failing to establish an Incident Response Team will be from VND 30 million to VND 40 million.
