Usage of Unqualified Inspectors and Personnel: Penalty Amount?
Section 2c, Article 38, Decree 100/2019/ND-CP stipulates:
A fine ranging from 5,000,000 VND to 7,000,000 VND will be imposed on Inspection Centers that commit any of the following violations:
Using examiners or technical staff who do not meet the prescribed conditions.
Engaging in the acts specified in Point c, Point d, Point dd, Point e, Section 2; Point a, Point b, Section 3 of this Article will result in the revocation of the "Certificate of eligibility for motor vehicle inspection service business" from 01 month to 03 months (Section 4b).
Thus, according to this regulation, Inspection Centers that use examiners or technical staff who do not meet the prescribed conditions may be fined from 5 to 7 million VND.
