Maximum Fine for Carrying Four People on a Motorcycle

Based on Point b, Clause 3, Article 6 of Decree 100/2019/ND-CP regulating penalties for operators of motorcycles, mopeds (including electric mopeds), and vehicles similar to motorcycles and mopeds in violation of road traffic rules as follows:

A fine of VND 400,000 to VND 600,000 shall be imposed on operators committing one of the following violations:

Changing direction without reducing speed or without signaling (except in cases where operating the vehicle to follow the curved direction of the road section where the roads do not intersect at the same level);

Carrying 03 or more people on the vehicle.

Therefore, for the act of carrying 04 people on a motorcycle, the maximum fine will be VND 600,000 according to the above legal regulations.
