How much is the penalty for reversing a car at an intersection with a railway crossing?
At Point o Clause 3 Article 5 of Decree 100/2019/ND-CP, it is stipulated:
- A fine ranging from 800,000 VND to 1,000,000 VND shall be imposed on the driver of a vehicle committing one of the following violations, including:
Reversing a vehicle on a one-way street, on roads with "No Entry" signs, in areas where stopping is prohibited, on pedestrian crosswalks, at intersections, at intersections with railways, in areas with limited visibility; reversing without observing or without prior signal, except for violations stipulated at Point a Clause 8 of this Article.
