What is the penalty for not publishing an apology by the offending press agency?

According to Point h, Clause 1 and Point b, Clause 8, Article 20 of Decree 119/2020/ND-CP (Effective from December 1, 2020), the regulations are as follows:

- A fine ranging from VND 10,000,000 to VND 20,000,000 shall be imposed for the following act: Failure to publish the content of corrections and apologies of the violating press agency that the general news website has quoted.

- The general news website that has quoted information of the violating press agency is compelled to publish the content of corrections and apologies regarding this violation.

Thus, in cases where organizations fail to publish the content of corrections and apologies of the violating press agency that the general news website has quoted, they may be fined up to VND 20 million. This penalty applies to organizations (Clause 2, Article 4 of Decree 119/2020/ND-CP).
