According to the provisions of Clause 3, Article 25 of Decree 93/2020/ND-CP (effective from October 05, 2020), the sharing of information resources must ensure the following conditions:
- Ensure legality;
- Described, stored, managed, and exploited according to a consistent structure, meeting the corresponding standards of the global library sector;
- Ensure consistency in the exploitation process and information resources sharing policy according to the group's regulations;
- Managed by software allowing computers, phones, and other electronic devices to access as prescribed by law.
