Mobilizing Social Resources for Expenditure on Contributors to the Revolution

Mobilization of social resources to support those who have rendered meritorious services to the Revolution is stipulated in Article 46 of the Ordinance on Preferential Treatment for People with Meritorious Services to the Revolution 2020. To be specific:

- The state has policies to promote the mobilization of resources outside the state budget to participate in the implementation of preferential policies for people with meritorious services to the revolution and their relatives; to restore and renovate monuments commemorating fallen soldiers and their graves; to support housing improvement, construction, renovation, repair, and upgrade of social facilities for nurturing and caring for people with meritorious services to the revolution.

- Organizations and individuals contributing resources as specified in Clause 1 of this Article, without profit motive, are entitled to preferential policies in accordance with the law.
