Funding for the Execution of Criminal Judgments: Who Is Responsible for the Payment?
Pursuant to Article 4 of Decree 55/2020/ND-CP, the provisions are as follows:
The funding to ensure the execution of criminal judgments against commercial legal entities shall be covered by the state budget.
The funding for the execution of judgments against commercial legal entities by the criminal judgment execution agency shall be estimated within the annual funding for the criminal judgment execution work.
The funding for the execution activities against commercial legal entities by state management agencies responsible for commercial legal entities shall be estimated and settled into the regular operational budget of those agencies.
