Forms of Issuance of Valuable Papers by Credit Institutions and Foreign Bank Branches
According to Clause 1, Article 6 of Circular 01/2021/TT-NHNN, the forms of issuance are regulated as follows:
- Credit institutions, branches of foreign banks issue valuable papers in the form of certificates, book entries, and other forms in accordance with the provisions of the Securities Law, guiding documents of the Securities Law, and relevant legal regulations.
