How to Label Products That Are Too Small
Clause 1, Article 10 of Decree 43/2017/ND-CP stipulates:
The labels of goods must display the following contents:
a) The name of the goods;
b) The name and address of the organization or individual responsible for the goods;
c) The origin of the goods;
d) Other contents according to the characteristics of each type of goods specified in Appendix I of this Decree and relevant legal documents.
And Clause 3 also stipulates: In case the size of the goods is not sufficient to display all mandatory contents on the label, the contents specified at points a, b, and c of Clause 1 of this Article must be recorded on the goods label, and the contents specified at point d of Clause 1 of this Article must be recorded in the accompanying documents of the goods, and the label must indicate where these contents are recorded.
Thus, no matter how small the size of the goods, the contents specified in points a, b, and c must still be displayed on the goods label. The font size can be adjusted to fully display all mandatory contents.
Respectfully!
