Implementation of Continuous Training for Health Officers: What Are the Regulations?
Implementing continuous training for healthcare personnel as stipulated in Clause 9, Article 1 of Circular 26/2020/TT-BYT. To be specific:
The head of the continuous training institution is responsible for developing the annual continuous training plan as prescribed in Appendix No. 02 issued with this Circular and publicly announcing it on the website of their institution before organizing continuous training.
The continuous training institution is responsible for publicly announcing the following information on its website regarding continuous training:
a) The program of each continuous training course;
b) The list of lecturers and teaching assistants of each continuous training course;
c) The list of students who have been awarded Certificates or Confirmations for each course.
- Periodically, before December 15 each year, the continuous training institution is responsible for submitting a written report to the Ministry of Health (Department of Science, Technology, and Training), and simultaneously reporting to the Department of Health of the province or centrally-run city where the continuous training institution is under the management authority of that Department of Health. The report must include all details about the course name, entry subjects, number of students, number of Certificates or Confirmations issued; results of organizing seminars, conferences, scientific talks domestically and internationally with Certificates issued, number of Certificates issued for this content; and the management training organization tasks.
