Requirements in the collection, archival, preservation, and provision of information and data on natural resources and environment in Vietnam
Under Article 7 of the regulations on technical and economic-technical norms for the collection, archival, preservation, and provision of information and data on natural resources and environment in Circular 03/2022/TT-BTNMT (effective from April 15, 2022), the requirements in the collection, archival, preservation, and provision of information and data on natural resources and environment in Vietnam are as follows:

Fully receive, comprehensively collect, and accurately assess the information and data on natural resources and environment.

Manage, store, preserve, and build a database to ensure long-term use and safety of information and data on natural resources and environment.

Publish, provide, exploit, and utilize conveniently and promptly for all entities in accordance with the law.

Information and data on natural resources and environment classified as state secrets shall be collected, stored, preserved, and provided according to the legal regulations on state secrets.
Regulations on conversion of paper document units to linear meters
Under Article 8 of these regulations, the conversion of paper document units to linear meters is as follows:
Conversion of specialized archival documents on natural resources and environment to linear meters of documents:

Dossiers and documents resulting from specialized tasks and projects in A4 paper size: 5000 sheets per linear meter;

Printed maps and drawings on A1 size paper or equivalent: 300 sheets per linear meter;

Drawn maps on tracing paper of A1 size or equivalent: 400 sheets per linear meter;

Dossiers, documents, and maps on other paper sizes (A5, A6, A2, A3, A0, and larger) are converted to A4 and A1 paper sizes accordingly based on the ratio of the area between the two types.
Regulations on fully paid leave for direct labor in Vietnam
Under Article 9 of these regulations, the fully paid leave for direct labor in Vietnam is stipulated as follows:
The fully paid leave according to policies for direct labor is calculated to be 34 days out of a total of 312 working days per year.

The fully paid leave consumption rate applies to all work steps.
The labor norm includes the labor time consumption necessary for direct labor in producing a product and the fully paid leave according to current legal regulations.
