Pursuant to the Schedule of Fees and Charges for Industrial Property issued together with Circular 263/2016/TT-BTC stipulating:
The fee for the examination of the request to terminate the validity of a protection title (per protection title) for trademarks is 180,000 VND.
The charge for the request to terminate the validity of a protection title for trademarks is 50,000 VND.
