Procedure for Releasing National Reserve Rice
Based on Section 4.5, Section 4 of the National Technical Regulation QCVN 06:2019/BTC issued together with Circular 78/2019/TT-BTC, the procedure for releasing national reserve rice from the warehouse must be carried out as follows:
- Open the air lock valve to balance the air pressure inside and outside the rice batch.
- Cut the PVC membrane: Cut around the base close to the floor sheet (cut along the adhesive line).
- Release the rice according to the principle: In one batch, release row by row from top to bottom, from outside to inside, complete one batch at a time. In case the rice batch must be released in multiple phases, a suitable preservation plan must be in place, only open the cover sheet to ventilate the rice batch 2 hours before release.
