How much is the special national defense allowance for the Mobile Militia Platoon Leader?

According to Clause 4, Article 16 of Decree 03/2016/ND-CP:

The management and command responsibility allowance for the militia and self-defense unit is calculated and paid monthly, by multiplying the statutory pay rate with the specific coefficient as follows:...4. Company Commander, Company Political Commissar; Squadron Commander, Squadron Political Commissar; Mobile Militia Platoon Leader: 0.20.

Article 19 of Decree 03/2016/ND-CP stipulates:

1. Deputy Commander of the commune-level military command post, Mobile Militia Platoon Leader are entitled to specific national defense and military policy allowances.

2. The specific national defense and military allowance is equal to 50% of the current total allowance, including: Monthly allowance, management and command responsibility allowance, seniority allowance.

3. The period of entitlement to the specific national defense and military allowance starts from the date of appointment decision and is implemented until there is a decision to stop holding that position; in case of holding the position for 15 days or more in a month, the full monthly allowance is received, if holding the position for less than 15 days in a month, 50% of that month's specific national defense and military allowance is received.

Thus, for the Mobile Militia Platoon Leader, the management and command responsibility allowance will be 0.2 of the statutory pay rate. The specific national defense and military allowance is 50% of the current total allowance, including: Monthly allowance, management and command responsibility allowance, seniority allowance.

The current statutory pay rate: 1,490,000 VND.

From July 01, 2020, the statutory pay rate is: 1,600,000 VND.
