How much funeral support do people with HIV receiving monthly allowances get upon their death?

Point a Clause 1 Article 11 of Decree 20/2021/ND-CP stipulates:

The following subjects, when deceased, are supported with funeral costs:

a) Subjects specified in Article 5 of this Decree who are receiving monthly social benefits;

...

Therefore, a person with HIV receiving monthly social benefits will be supported with funeral costs when deceased.

The minimum level of funeral cost support for the subject specified in Clause 1 of this Article is at least 20 times the standard level stipulated in Clause 2 Article 4 of this Decree.

The minimum support level will be 360,000 x 20 = 7,200,000 VND.

Note: In case this subject is supported with funeral costs specified in multiple different documents with varying levels, only the highest level will be enjoyed.
