Conditions for Branches to Operate Labor Export Services?
According to Clause 2, Article 17 of the Law on Vietnamese Workers Working Abroad under Contract, 2020 (effective from January 1, 2022), regulations on branches authorized to provide services of sending Vietnamese workers to work abroad under contracts when meeting the following conditions:
- Assigned tasks by service enterprises;
- The head of the branch meets the conditions as stipulated in Point c, Clause 1, Article 10 of this Law;
- Having a sufficient number of professional staff to perform the assigned tasks;
- Having physical facilities of the branch or leased by the branch to perform the assigned task of orientation education.
