When Is the Securities Investment Fund Management Company Required to Disclose Information on Public Funds?
Based on Clause 3, Article 124 of the Securities Law 2019 (Effective from January 1, 2021), the securities investment fund management company shall disclose information about public funds as required by the State Securities Commission, the Vietnam Stock Exchange, and its subsidiaries when one of the following events occurs:
- There is information related to the offering or price of public fund certificates;- There is an abnormal change in the price or trading volume of public fund certificates.
