What is location of prohibition sign in travel direction and effective steering system of the new regulation on road sign in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Article 30 of National Technical Regulation QCVN 41:2019/BGTVT, regulations on the location of prohibition signs in the direction of travel and effective direction of the sign are as follows:

30.1. Prohibition signs are placed at intersections or in front of a location on the road that needs to be banned.

The sign is effective starting from the position where the sign is placed onwards. If for some reason, the sign is placed far away from the intended ban position, an auxiliary sign number S.502 must be placed to clearly indicate the distance from behind the ban sign to the position where the sign begins to take effect.

30.2. When necessary to clearly indicate the direction of effect of the sign and indicate the starting position or ending position of the sign's effect, the auxiliary sign number S.503 "Direction of effect of the sign" must be placed.

30.3. Prohibition signs from Road sign number P.101 to Road sign number P.120 do not need to specify the effective scope of the sign, there is no sign that the prohibition ends.

30.4. When necessary, in case of a ban due to blocked or damaged roads and bridges, the prohibition signs mentioned in Clause 30.3 of this Article shall be accompanied by signs indicating the path for prohibited vehicles.

30.5. Road sign P.121 and Road sign P.128 are valid until the end of the prohibited distance written on the auxiliary plate number S.501 or until the location of Road sign DP.135 "All prohibitions end".

30.6. Road sign P.123 (a,b) and Road sign P.129 are valid in the area where the sign is located.

30.7. Road sign P.124 (a, b, c, d, e, f) is valid at intersections and median strip openings but does not allow U-turns or based on the auxiliary road sign S. 503.

30.8. Road signs P.125, P.126, P.127 (a,b,c), P.130, P.131 (a,b,c) are valid until the intersection meets or where they are placed. No prohibited signs (plate numbers DP.133, DP.134, DP.135, DP.127d). Road signs P.130 and P.131 (a, b, c) are also based on the auxiliary plates.
