What is a river-crossing passenger terminal?
Section 4, Article 3 of Decree 08/2021/ND-CP provides:
A cross-river passenger terminal is an inland waterway terminal specializing in transporting passengers and goods from one side of the river, canal, stream, lake, or lagoon to the other side. One terminal location on each side of the shore constitutes a cross-river passenger terminal.
This is the definition of a cross-river passenger terminal as stipulated in this Decree.
