Responsibilities of the Ministry of Transport in Determining No-Fly Zones for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles

I would like to inquire about the responsibilities of the Ministry of Transport in determining no-fly and restricted-fly zones for unmanned aircraft?

According to Clause 3, Article 5 of Decision 18/2020/QD-TTg, regulations on the responsibilities of the Ministry of Transport in establishing no-fly zones and restricted fly zones for unmanned aircraft are as follows:

Coordinate with the Ministry of Defense to identify no-fly zones and restricted fly zones for unmanned aircraft and ultralight flying vehicles in airport, aerodrome areas where civil aviation aircraft operate, and areas under the management of the Ministry of Transport; participate in the development of regulations and the implementation of management measures for no-fly zones and restricted fly zones for unmanned aircraft and ultralight flying vehicles.

Sincerely!
