Plan for Safe, Flexible, and Effective Covid-19 Adaptation in Railway Transportation from October 21, 2021

Based on Subsection 8, Section V, Provisional Guidance on Organizing Rail Transport Activities to Adapt Safely, Flexibly, and Effectively Control the COVID-19 Pandemic (Issued with Decision 1839/QD-BGTVT in 2021) stipulates:

Rail Transport Plan to Adapt Safely, Flexibly, and Effectively Control the COVID-19 Pandemic from October 21, 2021

8.1. Freight transport shall be carried out according to the train schedule already published in accordance with regulations.

8.2. Passenger transport

8.2.1. On the Hanoi - Ho Chi Minh City railway line:

a) A maximum of 04 pairs of trains/day and night will run;

b) On the Hanoi - Vinh section: 01 pair of trains/day and night will run;

c) On the Da Nang - Ho Chi Minh City section: 01 pair of trains/day and night will run.

The list of stations handling passenger boarding/alighting is attached in Appendix No. 2.

8.2.2. On the Hanoi - Hai Phong route, a maximum of 03 pairs of trains/day and night will run.

Stations for passenger boarding and alighting on this route: Hanoi, Long Bien, Gia Lam, Cam Giang, Hai Duong, Phu Thai, and Hai Phong.
