In cases where turning right without signaling is understood as changing direction without a turn signal.
Point a, Clause 3, Article 6 of Decree 100/2019/ND-CP stipulates a fine ranging from VND 400,000 to VND 600,000 for drivers who change direction without a turn signal.
Therefore, in the case of motorcyclists turning right without signaling, they will be fined according to the above-mentioned amount.
Clause 10 of this Article also stipulates additional penalties; however, in the case of violations under Point a, Clause 3, no additional penalties are applied.
Hence, this violation will only result in a monetary fine and not the confiscation of the driver's license.
