Pursuant to Article 475 of the Civil Code 2015, the regulation on subleasing is as follows:
The lessee has the right to sublease the leased asset, provided they have the lessor's consent.
Therefore, if you rent a car and now wish to sublease it to someone else for profit, you must obtain the consent of the car lessor. Please contact the car lessor to negotiate this matter.
