File on the Agreement of Technical Specifications for the Construction of a Cross-River Passenger Terminal
Clause 3, Article 16 of Decree 08/2021/ND-CP stipulates the agreement dossier as follows:
- The request form for the agreement on the construction of an inland waterway terminal according to Form No. 10 in the Appendix issued with this Decree;
- Layout drawing of the proposed location for the construction of the inland waterway terminal: Showing the locality, position of adjacent structures, land area, water area in front of the terminal, and the geographical context (km) of the river, canal, or channel.
