What Information Must the Principal Disclose to Students in Implementing Democracy?
According to Clause 2, Article 9 of Circular 11/2020/TT-BGDDT (Effective from July 1, 2020) stipulates the information that the Principal publicizes for students to know to implement democracy in public educational institutions. To be specific:
- The matters regulated by the Minister of Education and Training in the Regulations on implementing publicity for educational and training institutions within the national education system;
- All regulations of the educational institution related to the study of learners as prescribed by law;
- Results of educational quality accreditation.
