Responsibilities of the Department of Education and Training regarding the assessment of Lower Secondary and Upper Secondary School students

Responsibilities of the Department of Education and Training regarding the assessment of lower secondary and upper secondary school students are stipulated in Article 17 of Circular 22/2021/TT-BGDDT. To be specific:

- Direct the implementation of student assessment in lower secondary schools within the area.

- Direct and guide educational institutions in the use of student monitoring and assessment logs (by class), student monitoring and assessment logs (by teachers), Student Report Cards. In the case of using electronic records, the Department of Education and Training shall guide the implementation according to the instructions of the Department of Education and Training.

- Be responsible for inspecting and resolving issues arising during the implementation of this Circular within the area.

- Report the results of the student assessment implementation to the Department of Education and Training as prescribed.
