Household registration in Area 3 but studying in Area 1, which area-based priority points apply?
At Clause 4, Article 7 of Circular 05/2017/TT-BGDDT, it is stipulated:
a) Candidates who study continuously and graduate from high school in any given area will enjoy the priority according to that area. If during the three years of high school (or during the intermediate level education period) there is a transfer, the area where the student spent more time studying will determine the priority according to that area. If each year the candidate attends a different school in areas with varying levels of priority, or half of the time is spent at one school and the other half at another, the graduation area will determine the priority. This regulation applies to all candidates, including those who graduated before the enrollment year.
=> Thus, according to the aforementioned regulation, candidates studying in any area will enjoy priority according to that area. If during the three years of high school, the candidate spends more time studying in any particular area, then the priority points will be according to that area.
Respectfully.
