Based on Article 2 of the Charter of secondary school, high school, and schools with multiple educational levels (Issued in conjunction with Circular 32/2020/TT-BGDDT) stipulating the position of secondary schools within the national education system as follows:
Secondary schools are general education institutions within the national education system. The school has legal personality, its own account, and its own seal.
Therefore, for secondary schools that are general education institutions within the national education system (high schools), they will have legal personality as well as their own seal and account as stipulated above.
