Can high school teachers be members of the office team?
According to Article 17 of the Regulations issued with Circular 12/2011/TT-BGDDT, the following is stipulated:
Each secondary school shall have an Office Group, consisting of public employees responsible for clerical work, accounting, treasuring, school healthcare, and other staff.
The Office Group shall have a leader and a deputy, appointed and assigned by the Principal.
The Office Group shall convene bi-weekly and additionally as needed for work purposes or at the Principal's request.
=> Thus, according to the above regulations, members of the Office Group include public employees responsible for clerical work, accounting, treasuring, school healthcare, and do not include teachers who perform teaching duties, except in cases where a teacher concurrently holds one of the aforementioned positions.
