Based on Clause 1, Article 45 of the Enterprise Law 2020, regulations on registration for the operation of branches, representative offices of enterprises; notification of business location are as follows:
Enterprises have the right to establish branches, representative offices within and outside the country. Enterprises can set up one or multiple branches, representative offices in a locality according to administrative unit boundaries.
Thus, enterprises have the right to establish overseas branches without limiting the number of branches as per the above regulation.
