How is Vocational Training Support for Small and Medium Enterprises Provided?
Based on Clause 4, Article 14 of Decree 80/2021/ND-CP (Effective from October 15, 2021) regarding vocational training support as follows:
Support for training costs for employees of small and medium-sized enterprises when participating in primary vocational training courses or training programs lasting up to 03 months. The remaining costs shall be agreed upon by the small and medium-sized enterprises and the employees. Employees participating in the training courses must meet the condition of having worked at the small and medium-sized enterprise for a minimum of 06 continuous months prior to participating in the training course.
