Certificate of Eligibility for Lottery Business Issuance Authority

Article 38 of Circular 75/2013/TT-BTC stipulates:

The Ministry of Finance issues certificates of eligibility for lottery business operations to lottery companies, including the Vietnam Electronic Lottery One-Member Limited Liability Company.

The certificate of eligibility for lottery business operations includes the following main contents:

- Name and address of the enterprise;

- Legal representative of the enterprise;

- Type of products allowed for business;

- Product distribution method;

- Lottery business territory;

- Validity period of the certificate of eligibility for business;

- Provisions on compliance with management policies and tax obligations in lottery business activities.

Thus, the certificate of eligibility for lottery business operations is issued by the Ministry of Finance with the main contents stated above.
