Can a sole proprietorship contribute capital to a two-member limited liability company?
Based on the provisions of Clause 2 Article 80 of Decree 01/2021/ND-CP:
Individuals and household members specified in Clause 1 of this Article are only allowed to register one household business nationwide and are entitled to contribute capital, buy shares, and purchase capital contributions in an enterprise in their personal capacity.
