How is the procedure for conducting a comprehensive investment evaluation? Please advise.Clause 10 Article 99 of Decree 29/2021/ND-CP stipulates the procedure for conducting a comprehensive investment evaluation as follows:
- Identify the objectives, scope, and content of the evaluation;
- Develop and approve the Evaluation Plan;
- Establish the Evaluation Team (if applicable);
- Announce the Evaluation Plan and request the preparation of documents for evaluation;
- Collect and analyze data;
- Report the evaluation results;
- Announce the evaluation results.
