According to Clause 2, Article 58 of Decree 15/2021/ND-CP, the emergency construction order shall be documented in writing, including the following contents:
- Purpose of construction;
- Construction site;
- Person assigned to manage and execute the construction project;
- Construction timeline and estimated costs;
- Resources available for execution and other relevant necessary requirements.
