Working Relationship of the Inspection Team with Personnel under the Ministry of Information and Communications

Based on Article 11 of the Regulation on the inspection of agencies, organizations, and individuals under the Ministry of Information and Communications issued with Decision 29/QD-BTTTT in 2021, the following is stipulated:

Working Relationship of the Inspection Team

1. The inspection team includes the Inspector Leader and the team members. The Inspector Leader is responsible for directing and managing the activities of the inspection team. The team members perform tasks as assigned by the Inspector Leader.

2. Relationship between the inspection team and the decision-maker of the inspection:

a) The Inspector Leader and team members must comply with the directions, inspections, and supervision; implement information policies and report as required by the decision-maker of the inspection;

b) The decision-maker of the inspection monitors, urges, directs activities, and promptly handles recommendations from the Inspector Leader and team members.

3. Relationship between the Inspector Leader and the team members, and the relationship among team members:

a) Team members must comply with the direction and management of the Inspector Leader regarding the assigned tasks. In case of any arising issues beyond the authority, the team members must promptly report to the Inspector Leader and propose handling measures;

b) Team members are responsible for coordinating and supporting each other to complete the assigned tasks.

Rights and Responsibilities of the Inspection Team with Personnel under the Ministry of Information and Communications

Based on Article 12 of the aforementioned document, the Rights and Responsibilities of the Inspection Team are stipulated as follows:

1. Implement the contents of the inspection decision correctly.

2. Comply with the provisions of this Decision, other relevant laws, and be responsible before the law for their actions and decisions.

3. Request the inspected subjects to provide information, documents, written reports, and explanations regarding issues related to the inspection content.

4. Report to the decision-maker of the inspection on the inspection results and be responsible for the accuracy, truthfulness, and objectivity of such reports.
