Slander Others on Zalo Subject to a Fine of Up to VND 30,000,000
Pursuant to Clause 3a Article 99 of Decree 15/2020/ND-CP stipulates:
- A fine ranging from VND 20,000,000 to VND 30,000,000 shall be imposed for acts of disseminating false information, distorting, defaming, or offending the reputation of organizations, and the honor and dignity of individuals.
Thus, the administrative penalty for the aforementioned act is a fine ranging from VND 20,000,000 to VND 30,000,000.
Additionally,
- The violator is required to remove links to false or misleading information, or information that violates the law;
- The violator is required to revoke or return the domain name used to commit the violation.
